Je hebt wellicht het nieuws gelezen dat Willie.nl en Willie.be van CLS Healthcare zijn overgenomen door EIS/Satisfyer.

Wij hebben met veel plezier aan CLS Healthcare gewerkt, maar nadat we het overnamebod van EIS/Satisyer kregen hebben we ons gerealiseerd dat dit voor Willie.nl en Willie.be veel grotere en snellere groeikansen zou geven dan wij konden bewerkstelligen. We vinden dat Willie en CLS Healthcare dit verdienen en konden deze optie dan ook niet weigeren.

We wensen hen ontzettend veel succes en een mooie toekomst en gaan natuurlijk de ontwikkelingen volgen!

We vonden Willie een fantastisch en leerzaam avontuur en hebben er met veel plezier aan gewerkt maar vinden het ook heel fijn dat we nu weer volledige aandacht voor en focus op Tonga kunnen hebben en daarmee prachtige projecten kunnen realisseren. We kijken ernaar uit om de nieuwste productlijnen op Erospain in Barcelona te lanceren.

You may have read the news that Willie.nl and Willie.be have been acquired by EIS/Satisfyer.

We have enjoyed working with CLS Healthcare, but after receiving the takeover bid from EIS/Satisfyer, we realised that this would give Willie.nl and Willie.be much greater and faster growth opportunities than we could achieve. We believe that Willie and CLS Healthcare deserve this and therefore could not refuse this option.

We wish them every success and a bright future and will of course follow developments closely!

We found Willie to be a fantastic and educational adventure and enjoyed working on it, but we are also very pleased that we can now focus our full attention on Tonga again and realise some wonderful projectes. We look forward to launching the latest product lines at Erospain in Barcelona.

Tonga BV, the distributor specialising in erotic products and lingerie, is proud to announce the acquisition of CLS Healthcare. As a result, among others the brands Willie.nl, Willie Homeparty’s and Condoomfabriek are now owned by sisters Melanie and Stephanie de Jonge, directors of Tonga BV from 15 November 2023. With this strategic takeover Tonga expands their own product range and fulfils their ambition to supply, in addition to retailers, to consumers.

“We are extremely happy to be able to expand Tonga BV further with the help of CLS Healthcare’s brands and expertise,” Melanie says. “There has always been a strong bond and cooperation between the two companies from the very beginning of Willie.nl. This acquisition therefore marks another milestone in the history of Tonga BV and CLS Healthcare BV. Both companies share a common vision for the future, focused on improving the customer experience and grow the product portfolio.”

This strategic acquisition offers both companies new growth opportunities, both nationally and internationally. Tonga BV will work to expand its product portfolio for shops and home parties and strengthen its marketing position. By doing so, the aim is to increase customer loyalty and strengthen their position in the market.
